TechYenthra Technologies Private Limited is committed to maintaining the highest standards of information security. This document outlines our security practices, the controls we have in place, and our commitment to protecting client data and systems.
Information Security Framework
We follow industry-recognised information security frameworks and best practices. Our security posture is built on the principles of confidentiality, integrity, and availability. We conduct periodic risk assessments to identify, evaluate, and mitigate security threats across all our systems, processes, and software deliverables.
Secure Software Development
Security is integrated into every stage of our software development lifecycle (SDLC). We follow OWASP Top 10 guidelines, conduct peer code reviews, perform static and dynamic application security testing (SAST/DAST), and validate all third-party dependencies for known vulnerabilities before use. All production code undergoes security review prior to deployment.
Access Control & Authentication
Access to client systems, production environments, and sensitive data is governed by the principle of least privilege. We enforce multi-factor authentication (MFA) for all internal systems, use role-based access control (RBAC), and conduct quarterly access reviews to revoke unnecessary permissions. All access is logged and monitored.
Data Encryption
All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. Sensitive data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 or equivalent standards. We do not store plaintext credentials, API keys, or secrets — all sensitive configuration is managed through secure vaults and environment variable management systems.
Infrastructure Security
Our cloud infrastructure is deployed on reputable providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) with security groups, VPCs, and firewall rules limiting network exposure. We use automated vulnerability scanning on infrastructure components and apply security patches within defined SLA windows. Production environments are isolated from development and staging environments.
Incident Response
We maintain a documented Incident Response Plan (IRP). In the event of a security incident, we follow a structured process: Detection → Containment → Eradication → Recovery → Post-Incident Review. Clients affected by a security incident involving their data or systems will be notified within 72 hours of confirmed detection, as required by applicable regulations.
Employee Security Training
All employees and contractors undergo mandatory security awareness training upon onboarding and annually thereafter. Training covers phishing awareness, secure coding practices, password hygiene, data handling, and incident reporting procedures. Security knowledge is assessed through periodic tests.
Third-Party & Vendor Risk
We assess the security posture of all third-party vendors and tools before integration into client projects. Critical vendors are reviewed for SOC 2 compliance, ISO 27001 certification, or equivalent. We maintain a list of approved tools and require vendors to comply with our data processing and security requirements.
