This Refund Policy applies to all services and SaaS products offered by TechYenthra Technologies Private Limited (CIN: U62011TN2026PTC194186). We are committed to fair and transparent billing practices. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.
Custom Software Development
For custom development projects governed by a Statement of Work (SOW): payments made for completed and approved milestones are non-refundable; if a project is cancelled by the client before completion, fees are due for all work completed to date plus any reasonable expenses incurred; if a project is cancelled by TechYenthra Technologies due to our own inability to deliver, a pro-rated refund for undelivered work will be issued within 15 business days.
Advance Payments & Retainers
Advance payments or retainers are held against future work. If you cancel before work commences, we will refund the advance minus a 10% administrative fee. Once work has commenced, advances are applied against completed work and any unused portion may be refunded at our discretion based on the circumstances of cancellation.
SaaS Product Subscriptions
For monthly subscriptions to our SaaS products (including CodeSense and Jothisham): you may cancel at any time and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period; we do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months; annual subscriptions may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for unused months if cancelled within the first 30 days; after 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
Free Trials
Where we offer free trial periods for SaaS products, no payment is taken during the trial. If you choose not to continue after the trial, simply do not activate a paid subscription. No refund request is necessary.
Defective Deliverables
If a software deliverable contains material defects that prevent it from functioning as specified in the SOW, we will correct the defects within the warranty period (as defined in the SOW, typically 30–90 days post-delivery) at no additional charge. Defect correction is our preferred remedy. Refunds for defective work are considered only if we are unable to correct the defect within a reasonable time after written notice.
Duplicate Payments
If you are charged more than once for the same service due to a technical error, please contact us at info@techyenthra.com within 7 days. Confirmed duplicate payments will be refunded in full within 10 business days.
Refund Process
To request a refund, contact us at info@techyenthra.com with your project or order reference, the reason for your refund request, and any supporting documentation. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a decision within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances: third-party software licences, API fees, or cloud infrastructure costs procured on your behalf; domain registrations or SSL certificates; work completed and approved by the client; fees for consulting or advisory sessions already conducted; any custom work where the client has materially changed the project scope after commencement.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction: This document shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts having jurisdiction in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this document.
Right to Modify: TechYenthra Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of this document at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on our website. Continued use of our services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised document.
Severability: If any provision of this document is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
