TechYenthra Technologies Private Limited is committed to ensuring the continuity of our services and the protection of our clients' interests in the event of disruptive incidents. This statement outlines our approach to business continuity, disaster recovery, and operational resilience.
Our Commitment
We recognise that disruptions to our operations — whether caused by technology failures, natural disasters, cyber incidents, or other unforeseen events — can significantly impact our clients. We are committed to maintaining robust business continuity plans (BCP) that minimise disruption, protect critical data, and ensure the fastest possible return to normal operations.
Business Impact Analysis
We have conducted a Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to identify our critical business functions, key dependencies, and the maximum tolerable downtime for each. Critical functions include: client project delivery, code repository access, communication systems, cloud infrastructure management, and data backup systems. The BIA is reviewed and updated annually or following significant organisational changes.
Recovery Objectives
Our recovery targets for critical systems are: Recovery Time Objective (RTO) — the maximum acceptable time to restore a critical service — is 4 hours for mission-critical systems and 24 hours for non-critical systems. Recovery Point Objective (RPO) — the maximum acceptable data loss — is 1 hour for critical client data and 24 hours for operational data. These targets are tested through periodic drills and simulations.
Data Backup & Recovery
All critical data and code repositories are backed up automatically on a daily basis, with critical data backed up hourly. Backups are stored in geographically redundant locations using reputable cloud providers. Backup integrity is verified through automated restoration tests performed monthly. In the event of data loss, we follow a documented recovery procedure to restore data to the most recent clean backup.
Redundant Infrastructure
Our cloud infrastructure is designed with redundancy at multiple levels: multi-availability-zone deployments, load-balanced application servers, replicated databases, and CDN-backed static assets. We monitor infrastructure health 24/7 using automated alerting and on-call escalation procedures to ensure rapid response to any system anomalies.
Incident Management
When a disruptive event occurs, our Incident Response Team (IRT) is activated. The IRT follows a structured process: initial assessment and classification; immediate containment and mitigation; client communication (within 1 hour of confirmed disruption for affected clients); recovery execution; and post-incident review. A dedicated communication channel is established for each major incident to keep all stakeholders informed.
Remote Working Capability
Our team is equipped and trained to operate fully remotely. All development tools, communication platforms, code repositories, and project management systems are cloud-based and accessible securely from any location. This ensures that physical disruptions to any single office location do not halt our operations.
Testing & Review
We test our Business Continuity Plan through: annual tabletop exercises simulating major disruption scenarios; semi-annual backup restoration tests; quarterly review of contact lists and escalation procedures; and post-incident reviews following any real disruption. The BCP is formally reviewed and approved by management annually.
Client Communication
In the event of a disruption affecting client services, we will proactively communicate: the nature and scope of the disruption; estimated time to resolution; interim workarounds where available; and regular status updates until full service is restored. Client enquiries during a disruption can be directed to info@techyenthra.com or +91 81051 77337.
